Michelle has been helpful from the get go. Initially we had picked out a specific piece of stone that we loved. When she pulled the stone, she noticed imperfections in the stone she knew wouldn’t meet our design expectations. She called to have us approve it before cutting it. I’m so glad she did because we ended up choosing another granite. Install went well. Omar cut the hole for the faucet a little off from the hole in our sink, and our pieces around our range were not level. When we pointed this out, he willingly and helpfully fixed it with good customer service by extending the sink hole and making a special trip to polish the piece that was skewed until it was level. Our cabinet designer (Lowe’s) also messed up the vanity measurements and they wouldn’t hold standard sinks. Michelle used her connections to special order sinks for us that would fit in our bathrooms. Overall, the stone is beautiful, the sales portion of the experience was pleasant, and the installation went well. Anything that didn’t meet our initial expectations was graciously fixed. Additionally, settling the bill was easy to do in person and the pricing was reasonable. When we remodel our basement and put new counters in our bathroom and laundry room, we will use Legacy again.

We used Legacy for our kitchen remodel.  About 90 sq feet of quartz, so a decently sized project.  We worked with Rick, who was super responsive to all our questions and didn't push us to spend more toward options or add-ons we didn't really want. I expressed my concerns to him about working with Legacy based on some of the less-than-stellar reviews we had seen on the internet, and Rick assured me I didn't need to be concerned. He was absolutely 100% right. We experienced fantastic pricing with no hidden costs - everything billed out at exactly what Rick represented it would.  We received great customer service! Plus, we experienced minimal wait from templating to install - in fact, the install happened ahead of schedule. Can easily recommend Legacy Granite!
